Our operations team works closely with our sales team, our clients and our fitting teams to ensure that each installation is managed with great efficiency.
We check at various stages throughout your window production that your site is ready for the installation and that we can complete the installation within your timescales. Our technical team are available for all queries and any drawings that are required.
Our trusted installation partners have been carefully selected to ensure that their workmanship is aligned with our own exacting standards, and we assess this regularly through site visits and customer feedback. Our highly experienced installation teams work nationally and are carefully managed by our Operations Manager.
How it works
- Throughout the duration of each installation, our teams operate a 2 stage ‘snagging’ system, whereby they regularly inspect each unit as it is off-loaded and installed and, where possible, any potential issues are rectified prior to hand-over.
- At the point of handover our teams undertake a visual inspection of the site with the client or nominated representative, and any outstanding items of work that cannot be completed during the installation slot are recorded on the sign-off form.
- This partial sign-off and agreed snagging list is then passed to our after-sales team who arrange for a return visit at a mutually convenient time.
- Following final sign-off and once all agreed works are complete, our after-sales team issue the warranty and user documents to the client for their future reference and records.
