They were even happy to advise us on installation, which we undertook ourselves. As a Passivhaus consultant, through my clients, I have experience of other window manufacturers working in the ultra low energy sector and all have at least one area where things tend to fall down a bit; this is not the case with Norrsken and they even manage to provide excellent well made windows suitable for a Passivhaus as part of it!
