We’re searching for enthusiastic, articulate and motivated sales team members to develop existing and new business from the leads generated through our marketing activities.
We generate significant numbers of high-quality leads from major tradeshows throughout the year as well as from our website and through customer and architect recommendations. Most potential customers have seen and appreciated the value of our products at trade shows. They are actively looking to purchase for current projects.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about delivering the exceptional service that identifies us as an exemplary business in the industry. Candidates should be aspiring Senior level sales candidates who can close sales efficiently and make the most of the warm leads supplied.
You’ll meet and develop rapports with your client leads, either via online or in person (showroom or tradeshow) meetings. You’ll carefully navigate your clients through our product range, researching and answering their questions with a diligent and methodical approach. You view each project as unique and commit to providing every customer with your complete attention and care. You’ll carefully record project and product specifications, communicating these thoroughly with our order processing teams once the client has confirmed Norrsken as their choice. Your logical methods will allow you to assist your colleagues, if necessary, by answering questions at later stages of the project.
You will mainly be office based but will attend tradeshows several times a year, and some customer visits are required. All leads are provided and no cold calling is involved.
