We are delighted to announce that one of our largest ever residential projects, Seaton Beach, has just won another award.

Built on the Jurassic Coast, Seaton Beach has become a landmark on the East Devon seafront.

No stranger to awards, Seaton Beach already holds the titles of 2019-2020 ‘Best Sustainable Residential Development Devon’ and 2019-2020 ‘Best Apartment Devon’ from the International Property Awards. The Michelmores Property Awards 2020, held virtually on 12th November, saw Seaton Beach gain the title of ‘Residential Project of the Year (35 units and under)’.

the passive house lifestyle

Comprising of eight apartments, Seaton Beach has been carefully designed and built to provide luxury, high-end living accommodation that delivers the environmental benefits of Passivhaus Plus. Our alu-clad windows and doors were carefully selected, not only for their high-performance credentials but also to compliment the innovative design of the building. We supplied and installed a variety of windows (side-hung, top-hung and top-swing) throughout the apartments, as well as lift and slide doors and entrance doors throughout the communal entrance areas.

Benefitting from our triple glazed products, residents can enjoy spectacular views all year round without experiencing the effects of the extreme weather conditions that are often associated with living in a coastal area. On finer days, they can open up the large sliding doors, which make it possible to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces and soak up the beautiful surroundings. The Penthouse in particular enjoys stunning sea views and you can enjoy your very own virtual tour here

ANOTHER AWARD ON THE HORIZON?
Having now been shortlisted for the sustainability award at the Constructing Excellence South West Awards (due to be held in December), could Seaton Beach be about to take their fourth title?
